As our community grows and changes, our libraries must respond to its needs, which include: 

• Computer access, especially for children

• Expanded library hours to meet community and student needs

• Educational and enrichment programs for children

• Spanish language resources

• Building our book and periodical collections

• Continuous upgrade of computers, internet and wireless/digital resources

Board of Directors

The San Bernardino City Library Foundation was formed in 1995.  The members of the Foundation are a group of volunteers who live or work in San Bernardino and are interested in the well-being of our Public Library System. 

Foundation Membership

You can enjoy the privilege of membership and the knowledge that you are helping to support the San Bernardino Public Library and ensure the progress of our community by sending your name, address, phone number, email address and $25 in dues to the San Bernardino City Library Foundation.

Please indicate “membership” on the memo line of the check; otherwise the amount will be greatly acknowledged as a contribution.
